NBA x ENTERBAY Michael Jordan Series 1: Home Version & Series 2: Road Version Collectible Figures
Michael Jordan spoiled basketball fans with nearly a decade of dominance, resulting in a whopping six championships during the nineties. Now, the greatest basketball player of all time will be immortalized at the peak of his career with two hyper-realistic collectible figures from ENTERBAY – both of which will be coming to BAIT!
ENTERBAY’s 1/6 scale Michael Jordan Series 1: Home Version and limited edition Series 2: Road Version figures are available now for pre-order on BAITme.com. Both museum-quality masterpieces are expected to ship out at the end of September.
The Michael Jordan Series 1: Home Version captures the legend himself during his greatest team success – the 1995-96 season when the Chicago Bulls won a historic 72 games en route to their fourth title. The figure is dressed in the classic white home uniform and is paired with the Larry O’Brien championship trophy. His iconic Air Jordan XI sneakers are replicated in two colorways – the black and red versions that he wore for much of the Bulls’ playoff run and the “Space Jam” pair. Five sets of interchangeable hands are included, allowing fans to pose their figures in multiple ways.
The limited Michael Jordan Series 2: Road Version references His Airness’ visit to Madison Square Garden in 1998. The figure features a new head sculpt with Jordan’s famous shooting expression, capturing his drive as he takes on the rival New York Knicks as a member of the Bulls for the last time. The figure is outfitted in the Bulls’ sharp black road uniforms from the year and features two different sneakers: his kicks for the year (the Air Jordan XIII) and the throwback shoes that he wore for the special occasion (a vintage pair of the Air Jordan I). A full warm-up suit and five sets of interchangeable hands are included.
Both figures feature a full set of accessories, including warm-up Bulls tights, elbow pads, knee pads, and a replica Spalding basketball with a magnet to attach to the hands. The head sculpts are hand-painted with a newly developed multi-layer paint application for unparalleled realism. The figures feature 30 points of articulation and stand close to 13” tall rather than the usual 12”, matching Jordan’s real proportions. Finally, a specially developed Chicago Bulls figurine stand is included in both sets that allows the collectibles to be twisted and curled into endless action poses.
The Home and Away versions are available for pre-order now. Stay tuned on Facebook and Twitter for updates. Hit the jump for more detailed images of the two figures.
